ONE-TIME SETUP
Access to your Google Business Profile
Publishing replies directly by Recenzík is in preparation. Once it starts, you will invite Recenzík's dedicated Google Account as a Manager. We will publish manually, never automatically, and without the GBP API. Until then, no profile access is needed.
Your business keeps ownership and control of the profile. We use a separate account with the Manager role. Never share your password or 2-step verification code.
HOW TO ADD A MANAGER
Open your Google Business Profile settings.
Choose People and access, then select Add user.
Enter the dedicated Recenzík Google Account address we send during onboarding.
Choose Manager, not Owner, and send the invitation. Once it is accepted, we will verify access to the correct profile.
With your approval
In the terms: Mode A
You approve the exact wording of each reply in advance. With valid written authorization and verified access, we publish it manually. Without access, we email the approved text for you to post.
Managed care with escalation
In the terms: Mode B
You define the profile, rules for routine replies, and cases we must refer to you in writing. We review and manually publish routine replies within that authorization; we escalate sensitive and exceptional cases.
Either mode can also be agreed during the pilot (30 days, CZK 490, 1 Google profile), and the mode does not change the price. Until direct publishing by Recenzík starts, we email you the finished texts to post yourself.
Prefer not to grant access?
We can still prepare replies for you. We email the text according to the agreed mode, and you publish it yourself. Profile access alone never authorizes us to publish.
