After the pilot
The pilot simply ends. If you want to continue, we send a new offer: from CZK 1,490 per month per Google profile, based on the expected number of new reviews. The mode does not change the price.

What happens after 30 days?
The pilot simply ends. There is nothing to cancel and no automatic payment. If you want to continue, we send you a new written offer and only continue after your explicit agreement.
Do you need access to my Google profile?
Not for now. We send you finished replies to post, so no profile access is needed. Once we publish directly, you will add our dedicated account as a Manager; you never give us your password or 2FA code. How Google profile access works →
What about a negative or sensitive review?
We prepare a calm, factual draft and bring it to you with a specific question. We don't publish a sensitive or exceptional case without your instruction. We don't give legal advice or promise to remove reviews.
I only get a few reviews. Does it make sense?
The price depends on the expected number of new reviews per profile. Up to 15 reviews a month, it is CZK 1,490 per month per profile. The CZK 490 pilot is the simplest way to judge it on your own profile.
How do languages work?
We prepare replies in Czech and English; both are included. We don't currently offer other reply languages. The language of this website, or of our communication with you, does not determine the reply languages.
Which reviews does it cover, and what is not promised?
Google reviews only, not Booking, Facebook or other portals. We don't promise a better rating, more sales or the removal of a review; Google decides what happens to reviews. We take over the work around them: replies in your voice, a human check, and sensitive cases coming back to you.
Couldn't I just reply myself, perhaps with a tool?
You could, and if you have the time and the routine, that's a reasonable choice. Recenzík makes sense when you want someone else to look after reviews on an ongoing basis: with your voice, confirmed facts and earlier decisions — and with sensitive cases coming back to you.
